QATFA

The Arab Qatari Agricultural Production Company “QATFA” owns the largest vegetable farm in Qatar, spanning over 200 hectares, in Al Shahaniya. QATFA produces annually around 10,000 tons of fresh vegetables (across 15 different varieties) and markets all its production locally. The company implements various farming methods; soilless planting, cooled and non-cooled greenhouses, open fields and high-tech glasshouses.
